Library Thing & a photo to amuse

I've started to catalogue my books online via LibraryThing. My partially completed catalogue is here. I've still got a long way to go, and quite frankly I'm not going to finish anytime soon, as I've no intention of venturing up the attic to record my books. Yes, I have shelves up there. I've still got books to add on ground level too, but will add bit by bit. My aim of doing this, to keep better track of what books I actually have, but also books I've lent out. I must be missing at least 50 books because someone else has them, especially true of law books. What I like about LibraryThing is its ability to list people who own the same books as you, and thus similar interests? I have to add though, not all books that I own are my choice, some are inherited, some were gifts, some brought out of mere curiousity.

Otherwise I've uploaded a photo to Flickr of my christening party. Yep am the baby bawling its head off.

My Christening

Go over to Flickr to check out who's who plus something about them. I've used the notes feature. Most of it shows my paternal family, mum's side probably was indoors partying away!

Update: I should have added, this picture was the one I was referring to in an entry back in December.
